2. One inexpensive way to lower your stress levels is to meditate, as discussed in your chapter. Please click on the link to guided meditation. BEFORE you begin:
Write a few sentences to include if you feel stressed, tensed, etc.

AFTER you have completed the meditation, write a few sentences to include how stressed you feel now, do you feel a change, are you more relaxed, was the meditation helpful (if not, what may be helpful), would you continue to meditate?
